Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Other Things to Note:
You certify that you qualify and will attend a property tour, otherwise you agree to forfeit the refundable deposit to skip the tour but still stay. (This is the fee that we have to pay to the resort for missed tours that we pass on to you.)

Due to local resort regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.

Due to the fact that this property is located within a resort, you are required to present government photo ID at the front counter.

You agree to provide the host: Your Real Name, Spouse's Name, Address, Phone, Email, Occupation Industry, Age, & Approximate income promptly after booking.

If you don't check-in on the 1st day of your stay (meaning before midnight) and you do not alert the resort or host in advance, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
