Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The living area has a big brand new 49 inch Smart TV, dining area with chairs and table open to the large fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed, large jacuzzi bathtub, and a walk in shower.

The swimming pool is shared and can be accessed with a key card provided.
Facilities include:

-Sky Bar Restaurant (for breakfast and lunch - not included in the price).
Private parking is available.

Unlike most units in this building, the Wifi in this apartment is private and high speed!

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning during the stay not included in the price, charged 600 baht when required (includes linen and towel change). If extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

As per request by building administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.

Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
