The Space:
What's great about the ranch style house is it's space and proximity to everything including over 20 restaurants nearby. Busch Gardens under 3 miles. Studio Movie Grill and the USF college campus are all located within 3 minutes from the residence.
The space comes with a dinning table and plates and cups and a coffee maker. There is also a private garage, as well as a washer and dryer included. Art decor in the home encourages a stress free atmosphere to help our guests feel at home and relaxed.
Guest Access:
Full access to the house, pool and backyard area. Secure parking in the garage. Parking is also available in the driveway and grass right in front of the house (for additional vehicles).
