The Space:
Located on a 2 and 4 floor so just tell me witch unit you like and I will move you to the floor you want.
All my unit have pool view and a big nice King Size Soft (Premium bed) with Premium bedsheets.
My kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and glasses. I always keep the kitchen with coffee and tea etc. You have full access of the back yard and the pool area to enjoy the warm Pattaya weather and over sized pool.
We tours and laundry service just outside the building offering laundry service for only 40 baht per kg. Family mart (minimart) is 100 meter from the building.
If you rent a car, you can park in the garage for free and I have car and bikes for rent, just ask.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road 1 mins walk from the villa or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 40 baht (1,5 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100 baht) (2-3 euro) use app named "Grap"
In Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht)
Other Things to Note:
Guest are welcome but no party and please be quiet after 9pm to 9am.
