Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The studio has everything you need: AC, fans, TV, a fully equipped kitchen.
Bathroom has a walk in shower, new fluffy towels and a washing machine. There’s also clothes drying rack.
The king size bed overlooks the swimming pool, there is a table with stools for indoor dining and a comfortable sofa as well as a working desk.
Free wifi is provided by the building.Get your password at reception.

The Kris Condo Pool Access is located in Patong Beach, 300 metres from Phuket Simon Cabaret. Jungceylon Shopping Center is 1.8 km away.
Bangla Road is 1.9 km from The Kris Condo Pool Access, while Patong Boxing Stadium is 2.7 km from the property. The nearest airport is Phuket Airport, 26 km from the property.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily Cleaning is not included, but we can arrange at extra fee. Cost is 600 baht. If cleaning is required, please book 48 hours in advance.
