The Space:
The apartment is in a charming 1930’s building with twelve foot ceilings and hardwood floors, on the second floor with a private porch to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the two bedroom apartment with electronic key access to the unit. Parking in the rear of the house if available and street parking.

Getting Around:
THE NORTH AVENUE MARTA STATION IS A MILE AND A HALF AWAY, AT THE CORNER OF W PEACHTREE STREET NW. Take MARTA Bus 2 – Ponce de Leon Ave and MARTA Bus 102 – Moreland/Candler Park to Ponce City Market. Buses to Ponce City Market(located across the street) are in service every 15 minutes, 7 days a week, from 5:00 AM to 12:30 AM.
Other Things to Note:
No Smoking ($250 fine)
No Pets ($250 fine) we provide a pet sitting service option $35 per day
No loud noises or loud music at anytime. No events, no party's, and no gatherings. Please be respectful of the other neighbors in the building that are next door and below our unit on the lower level and keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10pm - 8am. The apartment is in an older building that has thinner walls and floors.
There will be a minimum $350 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.
Please respect that checkout is by 11AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. There will be a $40 late check out fee for check outs later than 11:15 am.
If you park in the parking lot behind the building, there is only room for 3 cars against the back fence, please do not block other tenants in, there is usually free parking available on the street within a block of the apartment.
We require a minimum of a two night stay, there may be some exceptions to this based on the time of year.
City living near Ponce De Leon has its share of noises, events at nearby venues and restaurants.
