Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Close to a local market and near the biggest market in Chiangmai (Night Bazaar, Saturday and Sunday market) From Jade Tower Downtown to airport is about 10 minutes, 10 minutes to Nimman Road and 5 minutes to the Chiangmai old city. My flat has single floors so no step, include 2 single rooms (1 toilet/shower). Swimming pool/tennis is 1 km from the building, and breakfast just next to the building. Provides : Free WiFi, LCD TV, Full Kitchen, 24 hours check-in. (Staff onsite)
The Space:
My apartment comes with 2 beds with one big queen bed and in the living room you will find a big nice big sofa, able to sleep 2 person. The bathroom has a full shower and toilets. Our kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment for you to prepare your meals, including an microware. Plenty of working surface. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer and washing machine and dryer you can find down in the lobby.

Guest Access:
We is available 24/7 and have reception on-site if you should you need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
Just short walk to all the shops and restaurants/bars. The big night market is open every night for turists and only a short walk away. You can find many great places for golf as we can help for bring and pickup. Other tourist attractions beside outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, jungle etc. include Air in Paradise is just next door.
The Neighborhood:
Night life For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Night Bazaar just a few minutes away from our building.
Getting Around:
Getting around Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road just outside the building or ordered to the door. A tuk tuk taxi cost about 60 baht (2 euro) to the Old City.
Other Things to Note:
• Breakfast is next door and cost from 40 baht per person.
• Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
• Free coffee and the when you arrive.
• Beds are made on arrival, linen and towels to the number booked.
• Linen and towels will be changed every 7 nights. • Free Wifi. (30mb down and 5 mb up speed) There is no deposit as we trust you keep the room in good condition under your stay.
