From the moment you arrive, Peter’s House will simply take your breath away.
The sweeping view from the villa encompasses the azure expanse of the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius rising majestically above.
Your swimming pool (4.00 x 4.00 x 1.10 metres, open from April to October), safely enclosed, perches high upon the bay with enviable views. Next to the pool is your own private solarium, with comfortable sun beds and recliners, an outdoor shower and sunshades for the heat of the day.
On the same level as the pool is a beautiful, large terrace, with archways revealing stunning views below. A barbeque is available for al fresco dining, with the dining table for six the perfect place to relax as the colours of the sky fade.
Step inside Peter’s House and you will discover a finely decorated villa – an ideal choice for a family, or group of friends.
The heart of the house is the large, open plan living area, furnished in a traditional, rustic style. The comfortable sofa converts to a bed if required and there are cosy armchairs, a television and a WiFi internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self catering, with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Should you choose to dine inside, there is a second table with seating for four.
There are two bedrooms, one double, and one with twin beds, both comfortably decorated and with glorious postcard views of the Gulf and Mount Vesuvius. The modern bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet and a large shower enclosure. Peter’s House is also equipped with a washing machine and ironing board.
The quiet location of Peter’s House, in the hills that run alongside the Sorrento Coast, is perfect both for easy access to the centre of Sorrento (just 10 minutes away by car) and for exploring the wider area.
You have your own reserved parking space outside of the property gate, an entrance shared with just one other apartment. Access to Peter’s House is just a short stroll across the garden. Please note that there is approximately 50 steps to access the villa. This may make the property unsuitable for those with mobility issues or small children.
The house is available year round, with the poolopen from April to October.
There will be a final cleaning charge of € 50 added to the rental period at time of the booking.
From the 1st April to the 31st of October, a mandatory tourist tax of 3,00 euros adult/night has to be paid in cash on arrival. This is a government tax, payable by tourists staying in Sorrento.
