Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Casa Lago is located at Las Colinas gated community at Puerta Cortes, with access to private pool or beach club, beautiful surroundings and excellent views.
The Space:
Our house is situated at Las Colinas Hillside Community by Puerta Cortes , 3 miles north of the city of La Paz. We're part of a small, gated cluster of homes on a hillside above the marina, nestled amidst the fairways of the stunning Gary Player signature golf course. Over looking Costabaja's Golf course and Marina , the house itself is a detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished home decorated with a Mexican touch.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, full bathroom with a bathtub and big closet.
Bedroom #2 has twin beds that can be turned into a king bed if needed, also with a closet.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and an armoire.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
All our guests are welcome to use Las Colinas pool situated within walking distance from the house.
Also welcome to use the Blue Cortes beach club @Puerta Cortes
Interaction with Guests:
We are highly responsive to text messages, calls and emails.
The Neighborhood:
Puerta Cortes community has a lot to offer, many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, private beach club, tennis courts, wonderful Espiritu Spa at the hotel along with Espiritu Island tours from the Marina
Getting Around:
There are many options to move around La Paz.
Puerta Cortes provides with a shuttle from the Marina to Downtown, under a schedule. There are taxis available at the Hotel, Uber is also an option and I have a very reliable drivers I can offer as airport transportation with reasonable fees.
