Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Seaview 4 bedroom villa in Patong, quiet mountain side location, only 800 meters to the beach, 5 minute drive to Jungceylon, beach. 200 meters to restaurant and 7-11.

Located on the hillside it is quiet Patong location but very near Bangla, Thai boxing stadium, beach, temple, markets. There are many restaurants down the hill. Only 300 meters to bar, restaurant and convenience store. Beach, Jungceylon, Bangla only 7-10 minutes by motorbike.

The villa has a large living room with smart TV, a large fully equipped kitchen (pans, pots, microwave, rice cooker, large fridge, oven) and outdoor sea view balcony. The pool is very private as there is no overlook. Sea view is perfect to enjoy sunsets.

Master bedroom has a king bed and a large bathtub, ensuite bathroom with walkin shower and private balcony with outdoor furniture. Second bedroom has a king bed , ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Third bedroom is large, has a king bed and desk, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Last bedroom has a single bed, desk and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
On the top floor there is a mediatation area with seaview. This top floor can sleep 2 more people on thin mattresses shown in the photos at an extra fee.

Please note, that because the villa is in the jungle surrounding and in tropical climate, we do monthly pest control and insects might be found as a result. It is totally safe for guests.

The price includes 30 kw electric per day and water use. Excess will be charged 7 baht/kw. Please turn off AC when you are not in the villa. No smoking inside (penalties apply). No pets. No shoes inside.
Cleaning is not included. Cost is 2,400 baht per time and it includes linen and towel change.

Late check out is available free of charge on request.
