Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 120 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This modern villa is located in the Mesa Vista area of Tierra del Sol, only a 2 minute drive away from Boca Catalina, Malmok beach and only a 3 minute drive to Arashi beach one of the islands most fantastic beaches with white powder sands.
This high end newly renovated vacation villa is modern and relaxing. Located just a few minutes drive to wind surfing, ski diving, snorkel, scuba diving, fine dining, casinos, night life and endless miles of gorgeous scenery and beaches.
The maximum number of guests Paradise Retreat can accommodate in the main house and outside bungalow/apartment is a total of 8 maximum.

Main House.
Bedroom 1. Master bedroom with California King size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2. Guest bedroom with a sofa bed.

Bedroom 3. Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4. Bunk Beds.

Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4 share a family bathroom.

Outside Guest Bungalow.

Our guest apartment/bungalow is located outside and is the perfect addition to the main house, particularly when the booking consists of 3 or 4 couples. It has a kitchenette, king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Please Note: This additional bedroom is only suitable for adults.

Optional extra: Upstairs there is a loft playroom with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom.

All bathrooms are modern and finished to a good standard.

The beautiful gourmet kitchen offers a 5 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with water dispensers, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

This property offers good WiFi and has air-conditioning through out.

Please note: We do have a strict policy not to exceed the maximum number of guests, including day guests.

Pricing starts from $299.00 per night for 2 people and then $50.00 extra per night for each additional guest up to 8 guests.
