Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 150 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Located in Palm Beach, 5 minutes to beautiful Palm Beach, local & tourist restaurants, bars, shopping, & entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the location-close to the hot spots in Aruba. It is a safe, gated community, with 3 pools, clubhouse, & security. The top floor view, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, washer/dryer. A/C, & sleeper sofas all make it a comfortable place to stay.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). My condo is unique within the Palma Real development because it is on the top floor and has its own private balcony. Other balconies are shared. I have a beautiful view of the complex, the pools, and the Palm Beach area. You can see all of the high rise hotels from the unit. Renting my condo allows you to also use the clubhouse and 3 pools within the gated community.
