Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The apartment has a perfect location, 150 metres to Banzaan market, 150 metres to Jungceylon mall, 50 metres to Soi Sansabai, 750 metres to Patong Beach, 450 metres to Bangla road and crazy Patong nightlife.

This self serviced apartment features a queen size bed, a living room and dining area, kitchen with full appliances and a balcony.

We also have a roll away bed for an extra guest. Please let us know in advance if you need it to be prepared.

We highly advise to get a sim card upon arrival at Phuket airport to have a Thai phone number. This will simplify your holidays.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.

Cleaning is not included, charged 600 baht if requested. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
