My villa is only few minut´s drive from Pattaya Downtown and walking street or the beaches.
There is taxi just outside the mainroad going 24/7 to city and cost only 10 baht per person.
Nice outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities on my terrace, the villa has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a hot tub.
Price included all, you can ask up to 20% discount for more than 1 night.
The Space:
Outside area you will find shaded seatings and a BBQ area; the terrace has direct access to the fabulous pool. The size from the swimming pool is 6 x 3 meters with crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather during the year with our tropical sunshine.
Breakfast can be ordered for only 70 baht per person, we will bring it to your room between 8.30-10am every day. (Choose between thai food or continental breakfast)
The Villa has a nice beautiful private pool in a quiet area (up to 8 person), is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with dinner area and kitchen with all you need for cock. There is 3 bedrooms and each bedroom have nice bed with a nice soft topper. The villa is fully air-conditioned.
In the Living room we have a flat TV (Hugh living room with 45" TV). The Villa have high speed internet free available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).
You have exclusive access to the villa and has its own private pool.
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.

For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa.
Getting Around:
You can rent a scooter but there are several public transport nearby at cheap prices.
Also Uber and Grab taxi are available just download the app.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
