Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Welcome to my home. This spacious 4-bedroom property is only 20-minutes from Disney and includes free parking. It's a family friend spot, with a gorgeous pool, a gym, a games room, and a club house for you and your kids.

The unit has a King bed, Queen bed, two bunk beds, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Its spacious living room has a comfortable couch and there are 5 TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, and complimentary coffee is provided.
The Space:
This 4-bedroom home is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. The pool is great for a swim, and there is a gym and free parking on the premises.

You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The King, Queen, and double bunk beds are extremely comfortable, as is the couch. There are 5 TV's with cable. We also provide free coffee for your enjoyment.

There is an extended pool, a game room with complimentary arcades, air hockey, multiple games, and puzzles for your kids. At the club house, you have access to a well equipped office, ping-pong, TV rooms, meeting rooms, play ground, volleyball beach and the huge pool.
Guest Access:
You'll have complete access to the home, the pool, and the club house.
Interaction with Guests:
I am happy to interact with my guests, guide and help them through the process. As well as maintaining a conversation during their stay at home.
The Neighborhood:
My home is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.
Getting Around:
Please feel free to park inside the garage as well as the driveway. It’s important to keep the parked cars out of the streets or the grass. Thanks!
