Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The villa is set all on one floor, with a open plan living area, modern Thai style furniture, impeccable white sofas, dining table and a large european style kitchen, ceiling fan and AC.
The living room overlooks the 20 feet pool and patio with sunbeds, breeze and fresh because is surrounded by jungle.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and views of the swimming pool as well as an ensuite large bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.
The second bedroom has a twin beds and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The terrace has a seating set for outdoor dining.

This villa is located on the connecting road of Patong and Kamala and offers a great set of amenities for all travellers, very close to the beach and very convenient, only 4 minutes to Kamala and 10 minutes to Patong. It can be rented together with its twin villa A and become a 4 bedroom!

30 kw electric are included per day, excess will be charged 7 baht per kw. Water usage is included.
Cleaning during the stay is not included, price is THB 1200 per cleaning. Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
