In addition to the living room/kitchen/bedrooms and baths, there is also a separate mudroom with a full sized washer/dryer. Then ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a family room equipped with a large flat screen monitor with both VHS (old school!) and DVD players accompanied by a generous movie selection. and...COMING SOON!!!...a private outdoor hot tub! This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
Please Note: WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, WIFI service can be affected by atmospheric conditions. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while this property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this under advisement and reserve accordingly.

Snowline is a family focused gated community in Glacier, WA with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
Step down into the living room area to discover a large flat screen monitor, a built-in wood stove (firewood provided) encased in locally sourced field stone, plus a great wet bar for entertaining.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful wood floors and granite counter tops, plus a built-in cook-top, a breakfast bar with bar stools, a separate built-in oven, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher. Also included is refrigerator/freezer; cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans and dishes/glassware; coffee pot, toaster. Two rolls of paper towels and dish soap are provided. Guests need to supply their own spices, coffee/tea and food. Adjoining the kitchen is a dining area with additional seating.
Adjacent to the kitchen is full bath with two wash basins. The master bedroom has 1-queen sized bed plus a 1/2-bath en-suite. In addition, there's one bedroom with 1-full sized bed, and yet another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed plus 1-full bath.
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.
Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.
