Any cancellation made with less than 30 days remaining till check-in will result in 100% penalty due.

The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Our team will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to info@worldescape.com. Your reservation is not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation.

This large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on a high floor of an elevator building in the heart of the West Village.

The apartment has a very nice and functional full kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertops (with dishwasher and microwave oven).
There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a king sized bed with memory foam mattress in the second bedroom (which can be made up on request as two single beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room which comfortably accommodates 2. We also provide a screen to provide relative privacy for that area. A single air mattress can also be made available if 2 of the additional guests wish not to share a bed. There is an en-suite, full bathroom in the master bedroom and a second full bath with access from the main living areas of the apartment. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination with very high quality elegant fixtures and hardware.
Just walk a few minutes and you'll be at the Village's great cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as the Chelsea and Meatpacking district. A moment's walk in the opposite direction and you'll be at the beautiful waterfront promenade along the Hudson River.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 250.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.

Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $500.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner after booking by bank transfer. Cleaning fee is to be paid by cash at check in. I have a strict no SMOKING, PARTIES, PARTYING, NOISE, etc. policy. Please do not BOOK unless you are committed to maintaining my home as if it was yours.
