Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Mill House, originally known as Y Croglofft, is a delightful stone
cottage set on a traditional Welsh working farm, nestled in a sheltered
valley beneath the beautiful Llanllwni Mountan in the heart of the
Carmarthenshire countryside.

Explore the nearby Brechfa Forest with it's world famous mountain bike
trails or take a relaxing pony trek over the mountain. If you can drag
yourself away from the games room with it's skittle alley, pool table
and table tennis, or the kiddies play area with slide and swings, you
will find plenty to do in the local area. Explore the Brecon Beacons or
visit Llandeilo, Carmarthen, Aberglasney, Carreg Cennen Castle or even,
a little further afield, Tenby and all the attractions it has to offer
including Folly Farm, Heatherton World of Adventures and Anna's Welsh
Zoo. Or why not just stay on the farm and help out with the animals!

Ground floor: Spacious Lounge with open fire/log burner, TV/Freeview
and DVD player, Wi-Fi. Dining area. Kitchen, with gas hob, gas oven,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1, with
full size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC and whb.
Stairs to: Mezzanine Bedroom 2, with king-size bed. Parking, off-road
parking for several cars. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas.
Wood-burning stove - initial fuel included, thereafter available at
cost. Duvets, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair
supplied on request. Non-smoking. 3pm takeover.
Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
