Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”.

To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation.

This bright and spacious apartment is in a nice renovated building – Although the building has a lift you have to climb six steps – in the center of Barcelona; Near Paseo de Gracia, you will find yourself in the heart of the city.

The apartment combines style and comfort and at the same time keeps part of the original charm of the building, has AC in the living room and heating throughout the apartment. The livingdining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The large windows lead to small balconies and ensure that the apartment receives light. There is a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV or a DVD. In case you decide to spend the night at home, the dining table has space for six and the kitchen is fully equipped so you will feel at home.

The first en-suite bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom comes complete with bathshower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single sofa beds.

Each of the rooms has closet space and large windows that give access to small balconies. The second bathroom is equipped with shower. You will find clean towels upon arrival.
