Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 0% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”.

To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation.

The living/dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There is a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch the TV or a DVD or just enjoy a bottle of local wine. In case you decide to spend the night at home, the dining table has room for eight and with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, every good chef will feel at home.

It has two rooms:

The first bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space and the second bedroom has two single beds. Each of the rooms has closets and large windows that give access to small balconies. The bathroom is equipped with shower.
