Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Located right in the center of Entertainment district, our Signature suite is at an ideal spot to discover Toronto. Our 1500 square feet sub-penthouse is in one of the most luxurious buildings in the city. In the middle of all attractions Toronto has to offer, steps from the CN Tower, Metro Toronto Convention Centre and Union Station

All furniture is modernly designed or vintage pieces carefully selected for your enjoyment. Please take immaculate care of our home as we have presented it to you.

Split floor plan, with bedrooms on either side of the unit for full privacy. Two bedrooms have private washrooms and ample closet space. There are large His and Her closets in the master bedroom.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with luxuriously soft bed sheets & very comfortable memory foam mattress beds.

The living room has a daybed and a sofa for extra guests if needed

The kitchen is equipped with brand new AEG appliances, marble backsplash, soft-close drawers, coffee maker and all needed condiments & dining set for a comfortable in-home dining experience.

The bathrooms have heated floors, are spacious and well laid out. There are rain shower heads and a bath-tub. Similarly, they both include everything to make you feel welcome (Soft large bath towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q-tip, etc.)

Our building has the best amenities in Toronto. You have access to Rooftop Pool (weather permitting) overlooking the CN Tower, Gym, Steam room, Yoga studio, Spin studio, Indoor Whirlpool & BBQ's.

Only guests listed on the reservation will be allowed to stay inside our home. we will be checking in all guests personally & taking government photo ID of each guest upon each booking.
