Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 120 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This is a brand new renovated beach villa located in Malmok and only a 2 minute walk to the beaches. Close by beaches are Boca Catalina beach, Malmok beach and Arashi beach. Only 1 mile away is Palm beach and the High Rise hotel area where every type of restaurant and bar can be found (and Casinos).
This property has been completed to the highest of standards and offers full air-conditioning, hot water, Wi Fi, Plasma televisions in all the bedrooms and lounge area. As soon as you walk through the entrance you can feel the airy space because of the high ceilings and open plan design. The large patio doors that open out to the private swimming pool. from the lounge and again from the dining room.
Fully equipped top of the range kitchen offering a large oven, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All cutlery and cookware provided.
The master bedroom provides a King-size bed and en-suite luxury bathroom.
The second bedroom provides two single beds. The family bathroom is entered from the Hallway. The 3rd bedroom is entered from the outside of the house and provides two queen size beds and a bathroom. For obvious reasons this 3rd bedroom wouldn't be suitable for children without their parents.
