Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The apartment is decorated with brand new stylish furnitures as well as having all necessary equipments to make make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Guest Access:
A high quality bed in bedrooms and comfortable double sleeping sofa in the living room, both provided with high quality linen. A children crib is available for young visitors as well as baby high chair.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood 7 minutes walking distance to Harpa the concert hall and as well as having most of Reykjavik‘s best restaurants , cafe‘s and bars in a walking distance.
Getting Around:
Free parking outside the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is 5/15 minutes drive/walk from any of the sights in Reykjavik and is also near to one of the main roads leading in and out of the city, making it easy to get into the countryside. There are also some great amenities nearby, including a supermarket, cozy cafe and hot baths.
