Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 7 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

In the heart of trendy King West, the designed suite of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms is nestled in a boutique luxury building. Over 1100 sq ft, the suite features a bright and open concept living room, 9ft floor to ceiling windows and a charming balcony for you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the CN Tower.

The suite is thoughtfully designed and furnished to provide our guests with the utmost comfort. Three bedrooms are split to ensure complete privacy.

The first bedroom has a King bed with memory foam mattress, all bedding linens are 100% cotton, we provide pillows with protectors and linens to meet highest standards of hygiene.
This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with all the essentials to make you feel welcome: walk-in closet, large towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair-dryer, tissues, Q-tips, etc.

The second and third bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds, memory foam mattresses, and 800+ thread count bed linens and pillows.
Second bedroom has a work/study desk, ideal for our business guests!
The shared bathroom also includes all the essentials

The open concept kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and essentials for a homemade meal: condiments, pants & pots, electric oven, stove, Nespresso with complimentary morning coffee & tea, oatmeals, etc.
The living room: Smart TV installed with Netflix and +100 local channels, high-quality sound from the Sonos speaker.

This luxury hideaway is perfect for business travelers, couples & families. The home is off a few steps from King street, therefore, you are protected against all the street noise yet have direct access to everything King West offers. There is no shortage of things to do in the area: shops, cafes, restaurants, nightlife, sports complex, parks & transit are all within walking distance.
