Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Welcome to Luxury Retreat! Gorgeous cabin in the woods! This cabin is extremely well taken care of and offers a wonderful experience for guests to enjoy! It is only 10 minutes from the heart of The Pigeon Forge Parkway stoplight #2! The cabin features tons of hardwoods throughout and a screened in porch that features a hot tub and swing for ultimate relaxation! There is also a fire pit with bench in the yard surrounded by large trees. You are in for a real treat when you stay at this beauty!

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is located right off of Wear's Valley Road and only 10 minutes to the middle of The Pigeon Forge Parkway!
Getting Around:
It is an easy drive to the cabin. You will need a car. We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for ANY cabin in The Great Smoky Mountains area in case of inclement weather.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided.
