Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

This villa was built in 2016 and is one of the most beautiful and luxurious villas on the island of Lefkada.

It's located in a prime location in the Gulf of Vamos.

The villa has a private pool, a beautiful and big garden and a direct access to the sea and beach in about 50 steps!

The villa offers the perfect accommodation for guests who are looking for a quiet holiday in nature on the island of Lefkada.

Everything you can dream about when thinking of a vacation in Greece.
The Space:
The villa has a spacious living room with a high ceiling and a dining table for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In one bedroom you have a double bed and twins in the two other rooms.

In addition, the living room has a sofa bed with a queen-size bed.

If you are travelling with a baby, we'll prepare a cot at no extra charge (please inform us in advance).

This villa can accommodate comfortably up to 8 people.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms and common spaces and has Wifi of course.

Outside by the pool, there is a pergola with lounge chairs and additional sun beds. There is also an outddoor barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has all the basic ingredients you might need such as suger and salt and spices.
Guest Access:
On request and with an extra charge we can organize breakfast, lunch or dinner for you and your guests.

Laundry services are also available at extra charge.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available at all times to make sure our guests have a memorable stay !
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located about 10 minutes' drive from the Bay Vasiliki.
20 minutes' drive to the Gulf of Sivota.
10 minutes' drive from the Gulf of Nidri.
35 minutes' drive from the city of Lefkas
The famous and large beach of Amouso is about 5 minutes' walk from the villa. There you will find a beautiful beach and cozy taverns and bars.

You can easily find bike rentals, scooters, ATVs and cars from different companies in the area.
Getting Around:
Ideally you need a car to visit the area.
Other Things to Note:
We have a hosting team living nearby that will make sure you have a memorable stay. You can ask them to help you with anything you need during your stay.

We'll also gladly provide you with recommendations for restaurants, bars, beaches, places to visit, etc.
