Villa Tzialli is luxury at its finest. From the moment you arrive, you know that you have made the perfect choice holiday for you and your guests.
The whole property has been furnished to a very high standard with quality features in every room. On the ground level we have an open plan area comprising of living, kitchen and dining area.
The lounge has a beautiful L-shaped comfortable sofa with large flat screen, music system and internet tv stream.
The kitchen is very well equipped with the latest appliances including oven, washing machine and dishwasher. In the center of the room is a large modern white dining table with enough seating for 10 persons.
There are a total of 5 bedrooms in Villa Tzialli. 3 of these are located on the ground floor which is perfect for those who are less abled. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with en-suite shower with WC. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have 2 single beds and also both have en-suite shower with WC. Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located upstairs, both have large double beds and TV's. These bedrooms also share a spacious shower room and WC. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space for your holiday items. Both upstairs bedrooms have large spacious balconies with furniture providing stunning panoramic sea views.
The large double beds can be split into two singles with the help of the zipped mattress. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
NOTE: Access to the upstairs bedrooms can be quite limited so we do not recommend assigning the children bedrooms upstairs.
Villa Tzialli is fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and living areas ensuring a comfortable atmosphere to relax in.
The outside area of Villa Tzialli is simply amazing. Apart from the large 10 metres x 5 metres pool - which is professionally maintained for your health and hygiene, there is also a spacious lounge area, shaded by the hot Mediterranean sun. There are also cooking facilities so that you can spend many a night entertaining your friends.
We all love to consider the environment and we ask that you please do the same. We provide a generous 100 Euros supply of which is more than enough for even the longer stays providing that air-conditioning units are used correctly with all doors closed.
Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own.

Guests will have full and personal access to the whole villa.
The Neighborhood:
Ayia Thekla is on the western edge of Ayia Napa. Building here began in the late 1990's and today it is a modern collection of villa estates strung along the coast for several miles. Just east of the beach is Ayia Thekla church and a collection of ancient tombs in the rocks. Just west of the beach is a beach bar where the weekly market is held year round every Wednesday.
The main beach is a small horseshoe of soft sand with several rocky islands just a short way out. For several miles west towards Potamos Liopetriou the rocky shore line is interspersed with small private patches of golden sand, ideal for those looking for a quiet sunbathing spot.
Kite surfers and paragliders also use Ayia Thekla beach for practice and it is a popular spot for jogging and walking along the coastal pathway. In Spring the area is a riot of wildflowers and the sea shore is very pretty.
The beach bar at Ayia Thekla ia also the home of a weekly market which is on all year round on Wednesday mornings. There are few other amenities in the Ayia Thekla area, besides a small mini-market and a fast food stand. A lot of the villas in the area are holiday rentals although there is a small resident population as well.
Getting Around:
Car hire is highly recommended for those staying in Ayia Thekla due to the few amenities within walking distance. The area is served by the hourly bus from Potamos Liopetriou (service 509) which runs through the centre of Ayia Napa before heading on to Paralimni village. A more regular bus service (service 101/102) is available more frequently from the waterpark at the eastern edge of Ayia Thekla.
