Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Neighborhood:

Along Newbury Street, well-heeled locals frequent designer boutiques, fashion chains, art galleries and patio cafes set in elegant brick townhouses. Expansive Copley Square is flanked by 1800s landmarks Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library. Mansions dot the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets, many on Paris-inspired Commonwealth Avenue.
The sprawling Fenway-Kenmore area is home to baseball’s iconic Fenway Park, drawing huge crowds for Red Sox games. Student hangouts and buzzy restaurants are concentrated around Kenmore Square, and clubs and sports bars line Lansdowne Street. Renowned cultural institutions include the Museum of Fine Arts and quirky Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. The rambling Back Bay Fens park has a rose garden and walking trails.
