A stunning two bedroom apartment for up to seven people, with a large patio in the bustling Esquilino area near Via Nazionale in Rome.
This spacious apartment is large enough to comfortably accommodate seven persons and is ideal for an extended family or a group of friends. Located in a cobblestone street, this apartment is simply quite beautiful. It has so many wonderful features such as elegant lighting, a gorgeous colour scheme for the walls, quality furnishings, beautiful wooden floors and a delightful patio. The living room combines with an open-plan kitchen and contains a large comfortable double sofa-bed, a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook a delicious meal including an oven, a grill, a microwave and a hob. The whole room is illuminated with light from the patio. Here you can dine alfresco in the Mediterranean sun and kick back and relax after a day’s exploring. The two bedrooms consist of one single bed and two doubles. Both have flat screen TV’s fixed to the wall. The bathroom has been completely renovated and is fitted out with a toilet and a powerful shower. For your comfort there is a hairdryer, linen, towels, hi-speed Internet, air-conditioning and an elevator. In a wonderful location and with excellent facilities, this is a great place to discover the “Eternal City”.
This apartment is near Termini station, which is the centre of the district and everything else seems to evolve around it. It is also only a few minutes from the bustling Via Nazionale. The area is filled with ancient churches and ruins from the imperial past. One such church is the ninth century “Santa Maria degli Angeli” which is quite stunning inside. Of course there are numerous bars, restaurants and trattorias in the neighbourhood, catering for a very international cuisine. Public transport is excellent and the nearest metro stop is Termini (Linea A and B) and Repubblica (Linea A) and from here you have access to the whole city. The bus service is also great and there are several bus stops nearer your front door if needed.
