A contemporary two-bedroom apartment for up to six people, less than a five minute walk from the Vatican and the magnificent Sistine Chapel in Rome.
No visit to Rome is complete without seeing the iconic Vatican City and the breathtaking Sistine Chapel and this apartment is just a stones throw away from it. Less than a five minute stroll to the Vatican gardens, the apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Bright and fresh with a delightful colour scheme, the recently refurbished apartment has two spacious bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds and a flat screen TV in each. There is a large kitchen complete with a microwave, a fridge, a hob, a freezer, and a coffee machine. The charming dining table with seating for six guests is situated at one end of the kitchen. The bathroom is also generous in size and is fitted out with a toilet and a bathtub/shower combination. For your comfort there is a hairdryer, linen, towels, air-conditioning, an elevator and a hi-speed internet connection. In a prime location, this is a perfect base to discover Rome.
This apartment is in a superb location, just a five minute stroll to the Vatican City where you can see St Peter's Basilica, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel, the Vatican museums and enjoy the beautiful Vatican Gardens. Of course there is more to the area than just the Vatican City, with the nearby Parco Urbano Del Pineto, why not have a picnic after you have visited the tourist sites. There are numerous bars, restaurants, trattorias, boutiques and curio shops on the cobbled streets of the district. A strong recommendation for a restaurant is the 'OLD BRIDGE' across the street from the leonine walls, near the Vatican Museum. The public transport is excellent and the nearest metro stop, Cipro, is just minutes away, although there are bus stops nearer and from here you can see the whole city.
