Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A few steps from the beach, easily reached on foot in two minutes, is located Casa Lucia: a comfortable villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to comfortably accommodate from 6 to 8 people. The house has a small private courtyard on the outside where you can also park two cars inside and on the back there is another completely closed and reserved outdoor space where you can eat or enjoy outdoor relaxation. Internally spacious furnished living room with direct access to the three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. From this last room it is possible to reach the backyard and a further room where there is a second kitchen and a further bathroom. Finally, we point out the presence of barbecue / wood oven and outdoor shower with hot water. It is noted precisely that only the second bathroom (together with the outdoor shower) is equipped with hot water. Nearby there are several services and the beautiful park of Salina I Monaci, walkable on foot or by bike in a beautiful scenery. The house is located near bars, markets and restaurants.
