Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

This very comfortable 3 Bedroom Loft in Heart of Flatiron District is a great place to call home on your trip to the Big Apple
The loft is very conveniently located for shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, theaters and sightseeing. It is in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District, steps to Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy, Greenwich Village and Midtown. Most major public transportation including buses and subways (1, 6, N, R, D, F, V trains) and buses is within a few blocks of the loft.
The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel refrigrator/freezer, gas stove, oven and dishwasher.
Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds which can be split into two singles and one bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed for the living area for two additional guests. There is one full bath with sink, toilet, and shower.
3 flights of stairs for access. NO elevator.
There is NO washer or dryer in the loft. We provide information on nearby laundry facilities.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 275.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH.
FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.
Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $500.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer or by credit card with a 3% surcharge immediately after booking Cleaning fee is to be paid in cash at check-in.
Also note that for the Christmas and New Years weeks, I keep to a 7-night minimum stay for EACH of the two holidays. So if it includes both Christmas and New Years, a 14-night minimum would apply.
