Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Our apartment located only a 5 minute drive from El Malecon de La Paz.

Its lovely decorated with Mexican artwork and has all the essential you may need during your stay.
The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, stove, oven and fridge.
We also provide with cooking essentials as oil, salt & pepper.

The apartment has two bedrooms; one queen bed and twin beds, one full bathroom, living room, dining space and laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
Our guests share same entryway and parking spaces, we have 4 GATED parking spaces.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a company specialized in customer service, we want our clients to have the best experience while visiting La Paz We are highly responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a semi residential area, surrounded by many local food type restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, the area is safe and very quiet during night time.
There is a small coffee shop next door that has amazing burritos and other local good things.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is Uber, very cheap to get downtown and there is also a taxi site around the corner.
Other Things to Note:
We would love help you out arrange tours or rental cars or any special request you may have.
