Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Our cosy two bed house is ideal for couples or families travelling to Leeds. We are especially close to the White Rose Centre and Elland Road. The property is newly renovated two bed house set up entirely for the use of short term guests with free WiFi, Freeview TV and two lovely comfy double beds. There is a separate shower/bath/toilet room and an equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook a meal.
The Space:
The house is a two bed terraced house that has been converted for the sole use of serviced accommodation. The two bedrooms are of a good size with double beds in each. There is also a travel cot that can be used. You will need to bring your own bedding for the travel cot. The house also boasts an office space equipped with desk for those days where work just can't wait.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is residential and therefore no noise can be tolerated what so ever.
Getting Around:
The number 1 pass the property on the main road every 10 minutes, to Leeds City Centre. A taxi costs between £8 and £10 depending on where in Leeds City Centre you go.
Other Things to Note:
The property is in a residential area and can not tolerate any kind of noise what so ever. The property is not suitable for parties or for those intending to use the property as a base for clubbing in Leeds City Centre.
The property is a family home and is intended for this use.
Any reports off noise through the night will result in the guests being asked to leave buy the nigh security personnel.
