Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 99 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Normative:

- Youth groups are not accepted, only consolidated families. (Min 30 years)
- The rules of the property and the agency will be respected. At the time of confirming the reservation, they will be sent a contract and regulations that must be read and accepted.
- In case the deposit is not charged by the portal, the agency will cash it.
- As a general rule, pets are not allowed. The agency must be consulted (Supplement of € 50 per pet).
- Cots are available (€ 50 supplement)

- The check-in / check-out schedules will be respected. If you arrive later than 8:00 pm, a supplement of 50 Eur will be charged or the check-in will be carried out the following day during business hours.
