Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Lan-y-Mor is a charming pet friendly semi-detached cottage situated in
a quiet lane in the idyllic harbour village of Solva , renowned for
it's dog friendly pubs and cafes only a five minute walk away. The
world famous Pembrokeshire Coastal path is right on its doorstep, with
the coastal bus route passing through Solva. Lan-y-Mor is a well
equipped property with a patio and small garden area overlooking the
village of Upper Solva with a glimpse of sea views.

Note: No children under 5 years of age.

Accommodation Details

Sleeps 4 Pets welcome

Kitchen/diner with electric hob, oven, fridge with small freezing
compartment, microwave, washing machine and dining table. Lounge with
TV integral DVD player, Wi Fi, patio doors leading to Garden with
patio and garden furniture. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2
single beds. Jack and Jill Bathroom with bath/ shower over, WC, whb.
Parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and central heating. Duvets, bed
linen and towels provided. Non smoking. 4pm takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
