Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

One-bedroom apartment in Karon-Kata. Next to Sentosa wellness and spa. The building has an ocean view and great amenities, there are three pools available with sunbath area, exercise room, 24-hour security, and parking area. Laundry room (coin-operated)

The fully air-conditioned apartment is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday with a king-size bed, wardrobe and a laptop-friendly desk, the bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is great for cooking, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, stovetop, toaster, microwave, and kettle.

Big Buddha can be viewed from the apartment, there is a foldable sofa that can sleep one more person! The hotel is on a hilltop overlooking Kata Beach. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Kata beach, about 7-8 minutes to get down the hill and to the nearest 7-11 and restaurants (of which there are several along the route). There is a shuttle that goes down to Kata Beach twice per day, next door Sentosa offers a nice outdoor cafe and upstairs open-air vegetarian restaurant with juice bar, yoga, etc.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning is not included, but we can arrange at an extra fee. The cost is 600 baht, includes a change of linen and towels. If cleaning is required, please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request.
