Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building, with a private rooftop pool. On the first floor, there is an open plan living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooking pans; plates, bowls, kettle and etc, microwave and oven.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed.
There's a second kitchen by the swimming pool area.

Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning not included in the price, charged 1800 baht when required. If extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
