Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The building offers parking, 24 hour security, pools and gym within walking distance of Kamala main strip.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building, overlooking the Kamala hills. Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has a single bed.
There's an open plan living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cooking pans; plates, bowls, kettle and etc, microwave oven.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, has free common wifi; 2 balconies; washing maching.

The common areas offer 2 swimming pools (40 and 15 meters long), 2 equipped gyms, 2 Sauna rooms, and large parking for cars and motorcycles.
Wifi is provided by the building. It's not high speed therefore not advised for working or streaming
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning not included in the price, charged 1800 baht when required. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
