Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The building offers swimming pool, gym, a restaurant where buffet breakfast is served at additional cost and a minimart.

The 2 bedroom apartment has a large open view balcony, kitchen, living room with TV. Master bedrooms has a large king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. We require advance payment for electric usage (in case of excess) of 800 baht per day. Will be refunded on check out when settling electric bill.

Daily cleaning is not included, charged 1200 baht. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

Late check in is available on request free of charge!
