Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The villa is situated on a small quiet complex within walking distance to local shops, restaurant, bars and to a local bus service.
This cozy 3 bedroom villa promises good time and all day relaxation for everyone, with its spacious outdoors facilities: private pool, lounge furniture, sun beds, dining table.

The rental price includes limited electricity consumption of 350 KWh which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditions. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh. Electricity meter readings will be taken at check-in and check- out.
