Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Upstairs is one en-suite master bedroom with another two bedrooms which share family bathroom.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, sofa-bed, separate walk in wardrobe, private balcony (with pool& sea view), blinds, en-suite shower bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature with two single beds, night table, blinds, wardrobes and fans.
Each room is fully air-conditioned.
Overall this cozy villa is ideal for families as it offer a combination of quite location with the proximity to beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and much more.

The rental price includes limited electricity consumption of 350 KWh which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditions. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh. Electricity meter readings will be taken at check-in and check- out.
