Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary amenities to make you feel right at home and the large dining area for 8 people is perfectly suited for those family meals you want to enjoy during your holidays.
Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, two double and one with single bed plus bunk bed. Master bedroom features en-suite bathroom with shower. Family bathroom is a bath tub with shower.
There is a double sofa bed at the ground floor of the villa and a specially designed bathroom with a shower for people with mobility issues.
For those who love the evening summer breeze this house has to offer the private outside area, where you can also have el fresco meal.

The rental price includes limited electricity consumption of 350KW per week which allows for more than normal use of the house including air-conditions. Any additional consumption will be charged at €0.30 per KWh. Electricity meter readings will be taken at check-in and check- out.
