Any cancellation made with less than 30 days remaining till check-in will result in 100% penalty due.

Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The booking deposit is protected so you can use it to make another booking if you cancel.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.
Our team will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
All cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail to info@worldescape.com. Your reservation is not officially cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation.

This is a huge (1800 square feet), nicely-appointed and very comfortable entire floor loft in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District, steps to Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy, Greenwich Village and Midtown. It is in a small New York loft building with NO elevator. There are two flights of stairs to access the loft.

The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.
There are three comfortable, quiet, private bedrooms. Two of them have comfortable king-sized beds (one of which can be split into singles). The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Comfortable Aerobeds can be provided for additional guests. There are two full baths, one with sink, toilet and tub/shower combination and one en-suite (accessible both from the master bedroom and the hallway) with sink, toilet and stall shower.
2 flights of stairs for access. NO elevator.
There is NO washer or dryer in the loft. We provide information on nearby laundry facilities.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 300.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.
This is the schedule of those surcharges:
Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $500.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner after booking by bank transfer. Cleaning fee is to be paid by cash at check in. Also note that for the Christmas and New Years weeks, I keep to a 7 night minimum stay for EACH of the two holidays. So if it includes both Christmas and New Years, a 14 night minimum would apply.
