Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The entrance to the apartment is via the granite stone staircase to the upper floor. From the hallway you go up three steps into the bright and sunny living-dining room. The large living-dining area has an open integrated kitchen, sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV and direct access to the balcony with great views.

Further down the hall are the two bedrooms. The double bedroom with large closet has a window with mountain views and one with lake views. The twin room has a view towards the mountains. A baby bed is available on request, to be placed in the double bedroom.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, and washing machine.

The top floor apartment is decorated and furnished in an elegant Italian style, has high partially sloping ceilings and open wood beams.

The apartment is equipped for holiday needs and has a tiled floor.

In the neighbourhood there is a village shop, where you can get fresh bread in the morning.
