Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The renovated apartment Casa Minerali is in a former rectory with an old vicarage garden and romantic wine-arbor. In the same section of the building there are also two other apartments, Casa Nonna Marisa and Casa Ivan. The apartments are located about 1.5 km from the lake.

The garden invites you to relax and unwind, live comfortably and enjoy the stunning lake views.

From the exterior stairs and the terrace you come into the bright living area with sofa, large dining table and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room. There are two bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and one double bedroom.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, 2 sinks toilet / bidet.

The former fishing village of Domaso offers you a beautiful long beach, the lovely old town has many restaurants and bars, disco and of course all the shopping, and sporting facilities including tennis, sailing, surfing, motor boating, swimming, etc,. all can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The Spa/Wellness area is for all house guestsand is a first-class experience, especially after a busy day, treat yourself to a Sauna or Jacuzzi. The wellness are can be booked for a small fee (price on request).

Tip: The building complex of the former rectory has three holiday apartments * Casa Taverna Ivan * Casa Minerali * and Casa Nonna Marisa and is a suitable home for several families/couples holidaying together (price on request).
