Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The apartment is in part of the house Villa Larianella, situated on the sun-soaked hillside of Vercana, a mountain village above Domaso on the western shore of the lake, about 2 km from the lake. The terrace and garden are overlooking the lake and mountain scenery.

Due to the mediterranean climate in Vercana there are often wonderfully warm days and evenings in late summer and autumn.

The villa apartment has a patio with sitting area and plenty of space for games and to relax on comfortable sun loungers and has a gorgeous lake view. The upper area of the villa is occupied by the landlord. Vercana is in a rural environment,with vineyards, pastures, houses and the local church. There is also a large swimming pool which you can use.

Via the garden gate you come to the terrace and the entrance to the apartment. From there you arrive in the light-filled living area with a comfortable couch, dining table and chairs and satellite TV. The tasteful, bright interior has a harmonious color scheme and the warm terracotta tiles provide a southern flair. Opposite is the modern kitchen, the double bedroom ,and the beautifully designed bathroom with sink, shower and toilet / bidet.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the lake. The beach , the promenade of Domaso and the shops can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.

Tip: The apartments Larianella and Lucia can be connected through the common covered entrance and used as a large residential unit. (Price on request).
