Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The newly built Villa I Runchet with the three apartments Casa Airone on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor Casa Cigno (right) and Casa Rondine (left against Como located) is located in the lovely village of Sorico with its beautiful beaches and offers magnificent views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
The marketplace of Sorico with grocery, bakery is about 150 meters away, there is also a beach café and a coffee bar. 150 - 500 m away are 3 trattoria-pizzeria's which are also within walking distance. The lakeside beach is about 100 meters away and can be reached within a few minutes. Here you can swim, surf and also moor your boat.

The Casa Rondine is a 3-roomed apartment on the 2nd Floor, the living area with sofa, side tables, satellite TV has access to the balcony overlooking the lake. The integrated kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, dining table and 6 chairs and also has direct access to the balcony.

On the mountain side of the apartment is the double bedroom, and on the lake side of the apartment you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be made into a double bed if required.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The holiday home has free internet access. Parking is available near the house.

On the ground floor is a laundry room for guests which is equipped with washing machine, ironing board and clothes horse.

The house is located on the mountain side of the roadway in a wonderful position. The home is perfect for a car-free holiday, public transportation is within a few minutes walk.

The flat and sprawling beaches of Sorico are in close proximity to the residence and are especially suitable for families with children. The beach is also popular with surfers and kite surfers, who find many ideal conditions for their sport. Sorico has great beaches and an attractive children's play area in the immediate vicinity. The larger neighboring Domaso is only 2 km away and offers plenty of shopping and leisure opportunities.
