Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Casa Giglio, consists of two Rustico houses each with two apartments, and is located above Gravedona in a lovely green area at the end of a small residential street, only about 2km from the lake.

Casa Giglio Rosso can be reached via a flight of steps. The apartment entrance leads into the bright living-dining area, equipped with a sofa bed, SAT-TV and dining table with chairs. The integrated kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, oven and dishwasher. The living room has a direct exit to the terrace patio with great lake views.

From the living area there is access to the adjacent double bedroom, the bathroom, with shower, WC, bidet, wash basin and washing machine.

There is a beautifully landscaped common area with views of the lake a swimming pool (4x10m) with relaxation area for sunbathing and relaxation.

The apartments are beautifully furnished to a high quality standard and have free internet access.

The district Loc. Martesana is only about 2 km from the lake.

Gravedona is one of the most beautiful places on Lake Como, here you will find attractive good restaurants, cafes and shops.

By using the passenger ferry or speedboat you can have easy access to many places on the lake as far as Como or Lecco.

This area is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
